I've used this chair two times and it's broken and completely unusable. The leg section does not stay in place.
When I received my chair it was slightly bent and the bottom wouldn’t completely fold down. I called Neso customer service and the agent said she would have one shipped from their warehouse that day. I received the new one two days later and it is perfect! So sturdy and well made. I appreciate the professional service and loyalty to your consumers. Thank you!
You can tell these chairs are going to last, however, they can be pretty heavy when carrying them across the beach! Perfect for sticking in a rolling wagon!
