Return Policy

We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 6 months after the purchase date.  There is a 20% restocking fee.  Neso is not responsible for return shipping charges.  Returns can be shipped to: Neso, attn: Returns Dept - neso.com, 6351 Yarrow Dr, Ste G, Carlsbad, CA 92011.  Please include a brief note with your contact information, order details, and reason for return.
