Neso Gigante

Love it!! Easy to setup and take down.

Customer service has been awesome with Neso. Emma was responsive and 100% helpful. If you have a great product but terrible customer service, you're going nowhere. This company has both! Way to go guys. I love my tent. I purchased the two extra poles. I have more shade, and more mobility under it and I haven't used my Shibumi since.

Maybe helpful hints. We do multiple beach vacations at various beaches on the East Coast and in the Gulf of Florida each year. We carry two Neso tent with us on these trips. We have a Gigante for moderate wind days. We carry a Grande for days that the wind picks up. The smaller tent with shorter poles and sand spikes - makes all of the difference. We use 4 poles with both tents. We actually have a fifth pole for the Gigante. We also use adjustable jaw bungees around the top of each pole ball. We feel the bungee keeps the tent from sliding on the pole ball. We also use an extra Grande bag to carry the poles for the Gigante tent. We use a Gigante bag for the Grande tent and its 4 poles.

When there is no wind, the set up is easy and the coverage is great. When the wind picks up, the experience is not so good. We even bought the additional poles hoping this would provide a better experience and it did not, it actually made it worse. In a non windy condition, the tent is great. Unfortunately for us, we use this at the beach where it is always windy.....

Beach days with extended family are always good. Gigante makes them GREAT: everyone cool and protected from sun and setup and tear down is within minutes with no big, awkward, heavy bag to carry. Pro tips: big, buried bags and extra set of two poles for spacious headroom.
