The surf community here in Leucadia CA is a lifestyle. It isn't about how you appear, the things you wear, or simply getting a surfboard tucked under your arm. It’s about a mindset, commitment to the ocean, and accepting the fact that almost everything needs to take second place the instant the waves start to roll in. At Neso, we wanted a way to give back to the surfing community, but more importantly support the Veterans in our country. To help do our part, we have partnered with The Warrior Surf Foundation.
A portion of the sales of our Army Green color will be donated to The Warrior Surf Foundation to sustain their efforts in helping Veterans with post-service transition challenges.
The Warrior Surf Foundation was founded by American Combat Veterans and surfers in May of 2015 on Folly Beach, South Carolina. The foundation takes action to help Veterans who may need support as they enter civilian life. The Warrior Surf Foundation addresses challenges such as PTSD, moral injury, survivors guilt and TBI through yoga, wellness sessions, surf therapy, and community.
